Shipping & Returns
Shipping
You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, you will receive your order in 4-8 business days. All US orders $50 and over and all international orders $100 and over receive free shipping!
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please email mk@bigzenpaws.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the item if applicable.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For exchanges due to sizing, customers are responsible for return shipping. Once the original item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued, and a new order can be placed for the desired size.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
