Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please email mk@bigzenpaws.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the item if applicable.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.

Return shipping invoices must be paid within 2 days of issuance. Unpaid invoices will be canceled, and the return request will be closed. The return package should be dropped off to the carrier within 5 days.

Returns that are not shipped within this timeframe will be considered closed and will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at mk@bigzenpaws.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at mk@bigzenpaws.com.
